We are crazy excited and a bit intimidated at the same time of what is in the near future. But, likely we are going on this trip prepare with what we consider to be our OU Essentials that will keep us in peak performance throughout our trip.

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by, and welcome to Onwards and Upwards! We are two young guys who live life on the edge. Some people call us crazy while others just find us oddly entertaining, but we love being ourselves nonetheless. We love to adventure and experience destinations in their entireties — we fancy everything from food, culture, and sceneries to those awesome moments that are best told via video and photography.
We’ve had OU-P2 (aka Onwards and Upwards-Phantom 2) for a while now, and he has been an incredible addition to the team! He enables us to do some pretty awesome stuff that we would never be able to do otherwise.
Here are some of the practice runs that we have done so far, but nothing will compare to the stuff we will get in our soon to be ‘home’ of SE Asia!
The trip that will start them all! We chose to do a ‘test’ trip prior to going out to the far east to see if we all worked well together while abroad. And, this is what we have to show for it!
We were so surprised by our destination, Mexico City. There was so much to do there from experiencing the culture to the food and nightlife. We were extremely happy with our stay, and cannot wait to unveil the the next episode!

After coming back from our Mexican adventure we are already looking to go onto our next destination, but we have one problem — you haven’t told us where to go yet!
Through gamification we look to put our future in your hands, so place your vote on our website’s poll within the next week, and control where we travel to next! After the destination is decided we will be looking for some more input on where to go and what to do while there.

Back in Miami!
For me, South Florida has always been home. Yes, I have been lucky enough to travel during my life, but nothing has given me the ‘travel bug’ quite like the idea of this upcoming trip.
My previous life, or my ‘safe’ life, was great! I never thought the grass was greener on the other side, and couldn’t have imagined anything better for me. The steady job, consistent pay check, routine daily destination called work, computer desk to call home, the comfort of ‘golden’ shackles to keep me there, and even the apartment to re-energize myself between workdays — everything that I took comfort in before is now on its way out the window. The upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0 has been life changing for me, but it is definitely better than considering myself obsolete.

On that note — we have some interesting stuff up our sleeve and cannot wait until we can share it with you! Let’s just say we are already looking to film our next episode somewhere here in the USA! Stay tuned!
